ABOUT THE PROJECT
Dani Cox is a multimillion dollar producing REALTOR® based in Nashville Tennessee and leads a real estate team, Champion Realty with her husband and professional wrestler, James Cox (James Storm). Dani is a fun, motivated and hard-working woman that wanted to begin to set herself apart by building her brand on social media.
CHALLENGE
Dani had a great problem: she had lots of strengths and didn’t know which one to focus on or how to use those strengths to realize her dreams and goals. We found that she had a melting pot of follower types. Some people were there to follow her as James Storms’ wife, others followed her because she was their realtor, and others followed because they were friends or family. We needed to clarify who Dani was to her followers: Dani is a wife to a professional wrestler, a hard-working mother, a successful business woman, prioritizes her health by exercising at home, loves to travel and help others.
OUTCOME
Our team was able to successfully define her brand into two parts, Affordable Fashion + Real Estate. We have created hundreds of pieces of content, hosted many giveaways, built funnels and we have seen hundreds of new followers, giving higher engagement on her socials due to a focused message and consistent creative.We have setup a LTK (Like To Know) account that is perfect for Dani and her brand is it continues to grow and help her followers find Affordable Fashion and stay informed about Real Estate.

DEVELOPING THE STRATEGY
Once we were able to focus her brand into two major categories: Affordable Fashion + Real Estate, our strategy came with ease. We encouraged her to share her “real-life moments” like what it’s like working out at home, vacations, family, being a mother and keeping the house in order, to connect with her audience. This helped communicate the “affordable” side of her brand. This was important to clarify that even though her fashion looks great, it is relatable and affordable.We hosted many different give aways from her instagram account to expand her reach and influence. Some give aways were solo-giveaways, others have been collabs with other micro-influencers.
DESIGN
The aesthetic of her feed is entirely, Dani Cox. Simple, practical, and helpful. We wanted to make sure her feed had lots of photos and reels.
